If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy designed to make your shopping experience hassle-free. Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Timeframe:
    Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

  2. Condition of the Product:
    Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including the original packaging and tags. We cannot accept returns for products that have been worn or damaged after use.

  3. Receipt or Proof of Purchase:
    A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange. If you purchased the items through your DreamNapo account, this information will be automatically available.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service:
    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email at info@dreamnapo.com or by phone at (225) 683-5795. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Shipping:
    Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). You will need to ship the product back to us at the address provided. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was shipped incorrectly.

  3. Refund Processing:
    After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can follow the same process as a return. Once we receive your original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference, you will be notified of any additional charges or credits.

Non-Returnable Items:
